Shipping & Returns
Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. We offer Ground Shipping and 2-Day Shipping. No shipping on weekends & holidays.
For ground shipping, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays). Ground shipping is available for the Continental US only. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped ground.
If you prefer to receive your merchandise faster, we offer 2-Day service. Delivery is Monday through Friday, not including weekends and Holidays. Orders placed with expedited service will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. 2-day rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.
At this time we do not ship internationally. Orders can only be shipped to the 50 states and Washington, DC. However if you would like to contact us about an order we would be delighted to discuss your needs. After all, all of us need to share!
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S Postal Service (USPS). Most orders ship by UPS.
The carrier used for Express Shipments is UPS.
Spot The Dog ships most in-stock orders to the U.S. within 1 business day of receipt. Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. 2nd day rates will be calculated at time of checkout. Orders shipped to AK and HI must be shipped ground. You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete.
Tracking your Shipment
Look for your tracking information to arrive by email 1-3 days after order is processed
Returns are easy and convenient. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Just fill out the return section on your order's packing slip and send it back to us in new condition! You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Perishable food items, once opened, can not be returned for a refund.
